Kim A. Rush
A published author and a long lasting English college teacher supporting blog as an author, editor, and Rayka’s husband. Kim was born in Pittsburgh, PA, later he moved to Kalamazoo MI where he finished M.A. program in English Literature. Despite the industrial accident in his earlier life, which left him visually impaired, Kim still actively writes and teaches.
She is a college student and is majoring in creative writing and philosophy. She writes primarily fiction and poetry, but also writes for the non fiction for a news paper and a magazine. During the summers Britny shares her poetry with everyone in the Old Market. Her future goals are to become the best writer she can possibly be and incorporate philosophy and her own thoughts in her art.
Katija graduated in Art History and Philosophy long, long time ago. Due to curious set of circumstances she began writing poetry again. She hopes never to stop. Katija is going through Heaven/music/love phase, bear with her!
An Artist (painter, musician, poet) and activist of the local Artists in Recovery Program at the Siena/Francis House. Before two year ago Chris returned to the school. Today Chris is on the Dean’s List with the promising future to continue promoting art, creativity, and wellness in the local community. Chris is a painter and in the last three years his work was featured in four exhibitions where all his art work received excellent reviews.
Eleanor Leonne Bennett
Is is an internationally award winning photographer and artist who has won first places with National Geographic,The World Photography Organization, Nature’s Best Photography, Papworth Trust, Mencap, The Woodland trust and Postal Heritage. Her photography has been published in the Telegraph , The Guardian, BBC News Website and on the cover of books and magazines in the United States and Canada. Her art is globally exhibited, having shown work in London, Paris, Indonesia, Los Angeles,Florida, Washington, Scotland,Wales, Ireland,Canada,Spain,Germany, Japan, Australia and twice exhibited with The CIWEM Environmental Photographer of the year Exhibition amongst many other locations. She was also the only person from the UK to have her work displayed in the National Geographic and Airbus run See The Bigger Picture global exhibition tour with the United Nations International Year Of Biodiversity 2010.
She is a college student completing a degree in mathematics with plans to begin in a PhD program at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She is particularly interested in the importance of philosophy in math and science and the disconnect that has occurred between these fields over the last 200 years. Her other passions include art, jewelry, crochet and antiques. She currently sells handmade jewelry, as well as vintage and antique jewelry and art glass, online.
